I was able to enjoy Jamie's presence for a few precious weeks after he resuscitated my brother, and saved Dan's life. I stayed with Diane and Jamie through Dan's hospitalization. Dan's remarkable recovery was due to Jamie's initial immediate and effective CPR!! Could he have been an angel in disguise with this mission to complete?
Jamie was always joyful, humorous, kind, loving - and a kitty lover for sure. He could carry on a great conversation, and debate points from all angles! He had big dreams and lived courageously. He loved his morning coffee, and his evening chats with Diane, his Mom. He loved his job and really enjoyed his coworkers. We often observed him to go in early and stay late to help them out. Jamie helped out with house chores, and was very supportive of Dan and Diane. I'm grateful that God gave me a piece of time with this wonderful man. Jamie - we all miss you terribly! Love, AJ, and my husband, John

To the little boy who called me Nanciney. I was charmed by you at first glance when you were just a baby. Glad we got to talk in the last year but will always be sad that I didn’t get to see your twinkling eyes in person again. I will always love you my little Jame. This isn’t how it is was supposed to be. ❤️

I haven’t seen Jamie since he was a little boy. I’m happy to say, he did keep in touch with his cousins, my children, Danielle and Steven Lavelle and Heather Lavelle. They have their own stories to share. After I read his obituary.. saying “ quick witted” it brought back a very clear memory. I was babysitting young Jamie… we where reading a book about animals. I was asking him what the animal was and what noise did it make. When we got to the owl.. I asked “What does the owl say?” Jamie looked at me and said “Give a hoot and don’t pollute!” I couldn’t stop laughing. Damn this really sucks. RIP Jamie, tell Jason I love him. I love you too.
